Eating food in todays world ๐๐๐ has it’s benefits and with thousands of different combinations of meats, fruits, and vegetables; all that’s left is the consumer like you and me to enjoy!

I grew up eating 3 meals a day with little snacks along the way. It wasn’t until I got older where I picked up some lingo and just sort of put things together to my own understanding and even though I eat a lot, I do my best to stay within limits. Oh my Gosh, it’s one thing to be full, it’s another thing to be so full that you’re stomach cannot take anymore of it.
I have eaten so many different types of foods that I am ecstatic at the thought of what the world has to offer โฃ๏ธ๐ซด. I love to eat, my taste buts just water and crave the tastes it so has in memory. And to await a new tasty dish, well, it’s something to look forward to.
The first time I tried Alligator ๐ meat, I didn’t know what to expect other than taking my friends word for it when he said it tastes like salty chicken. I didn’t care because I was hungry and wouldn’t you know, he was right. A little tougher though but I’m pretty sure it can be tenderized to an extent. And around the same time, I tried Sushi for the first time. Not so good unless it’s seasoned. I’m okay with it being seasoned. It’s my preference.
I came to the fact that we sometimes eat five meals a day. I’m living proof of it. They say if you break up your meals into smaller intakes and spreading it across more sittings, you can avoid gaining weight.
Unfortunately, everyone is different and metabolism is finicky when it comes to an individual learning about their body. But food is good huh! Riight…
