It was a beautiful May day when I had found out about some locals hosting an arts and crafts fair in the next county. I was drawing and had this idea to craft tissue roses.
There was a meetup for all the vendors in the parking lot of an old abandoned theme park. It had shut down in the early 90’s. Now, there were a lot of vendors ready to hear more about the upcoming event.
I was eager to be a part of it. I got to meet the owner of the place and he was pretty cool. His name was Charles Pelsor. After the meetup, we were taken on a tour throughout the park and got to pick out a building to use as our spot to setup. I picked a building that used to be called “Diamond” something.
